Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 2+ years in ticket office or cash handling.
• Customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support the Manager in maintaining shows inventory and ticketing data.
• Answer guest questions with knowledge of property amenities and local area.
• Maintain show information and update ticketing system for tours and events.
• Develop procedures and promotions to drive guest patronage.
• Generate daily event reports for leadership.
• Supervise hourly staff and mentor employees toward standards.
