Job summary

Brobston Group LLC is seeking a Senior Client Advisor to drive client development and sales while upholding exceptional customer service and store standards. You will lead by example in a high-end retail environment and support opening/closing procedures and events.

The role focuses on growing a loyal client base, achieving daily, monthly, and annual sales targets, and maintaining visual merchandising and operational excellence on the selling floor in Highland Park, TX.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• College degree preferred.
• Experience in retail or boutique selling high-end goods.
• Established clientele and local market knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Achieve daily, monthly, and annual sales targets and KPIs.
• Establish and manage client relationships and communication.
• Set the example for customer service, client experience, visual merchandising, and store standards.
• Maintain the selling floor, merchandise presentation, and store operations.
• Open and close the store and perform all opening and closing procedures.
• Support local market initiatives, special events, inventory, and operational projects.
• Oversee store and staff responsibilities when the most senior presence in the store.
