Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
• Retail/boutique experience with high-end goods.
• Established clientele and local market knowledge preferred.
• Availability for variable scheduling including weekends.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Achieve daily, monthly, and annual sales targets and KPIs.
• Establish and manage relationships and communications with clients.
• Maintain selling floor, merchandise presentation, and visual standards.
• Support operational tasks, opening and closing procedures, and special events (e.g., sample sales, inventory).
• Oversee store and staff duties when serving as the most senior presence in the store.
