Job summary

RRD is seeking skilled bindery operators for 1st and 3rd shifts in Wisconsin. Responsibilities include setting up, adjusting and operating binding machines, inspecting safety, and coordinating multiple workstations to produce finished books, catalogs or magazines.

The role offers hourly pay between $22.00 and $32.78 with a 3rd shift premium of $2 per hour. Overtime, shift differential, and a full benefits package are available, with equal opportunity employment.

Qualifications

• Experience operating binding machinery is preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret production instructions.

Responsibilities

• Set up, adjust and operate a variety of auxiliary binding machines
• Inspect equipment for safety issues
• May operate automatic adhesive binding machines (perfect binders) with multiple stations
• Make adjustments to coordinate multiple work stations on a machine
• Direct crew through all aspects of production
• Monitor quality, output and productivity
• Read instructions to maintain dimensional accuracy and machine operation
