RR Donnelley in Wisconsin (West Bend) is seeking a Printing and Bindery Specialist for the 3rd shift (7:00 PM – 5:00 AM, Mon–Thu). The role involves setting up and operating various bindery machines, coordinating multiple stations, and ensuring quality and productivity. Requires proficient reading of work orders and knowledge of bindery equipment.

Shift differential applies. Base pay ranges from $21.00 to $26.26 per hour, with additional $2/hr differential for 3rd shift.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and interpret written work orders or job specs and maintain dimensional accuracy
• Must be able to calculate distances, clearances, and fits for combining machines
• Skill in using tools to adjust bindery machines and maintain operating conditions
• Knowledge of various bindery machines and their folding, collating and cutting capabilities
• Understanding of paper stock quality and machining requirements

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate binding machines and related equipment
• Operate automatic bindery machines with multiple functions
• Inspect equipment for safety and quality issues
• Make adjustments to coordinate multiple work stations on one machine
• Direct crew through production processes
• Monitor output and productivity
