RRD in Wisconsin is seeking a shift-bindery operator for the 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM shift. You will set up, adjust and operate binding machines, inspect safety and monitor quality.

Role requires coordinating multiple stations, directing crew, and maintaining machine performance to deliver finished books and catalogs with attention to throughput and accuracy. Benefits include medical, dental, vision coverage, PTO and retirement plans.

Responsibilities

• Set up, adjust and operate a variety of auxiliary binding machines
• Inspect equipment for safety issues
• May operate automatic adhesive binding machines that contain numerous interrelated process stations
• Make needed adjustments to coordinate multiple work stations on a single machine
• Direct crew through all aspects of production
• Monitor quality, output and productivity
• Thorough knowledge of the set up, adjustment, procedures, capabilities and limitations of equipment to perform the full range of binding, folding, collating, and cutting of printed materials
