Job summary

Walsworth is seeking a Bindery - Operator III in Wisconsin Ripon to manage the setup, operation, troubleshooting and maintenance of binding equipment. The role features four 10-hour shifts (3pm–1am) with possible Friday shifts (1pm–9pm).

The operator will work with Monarch software, perform routine adjustments, and uphold production schedules while mentoring new operators and contributing to process improvements.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 30 days in a Bindery role.

Responsibilities

• Set up, run, and maintain assigned machinery.
• Troubleshoot machinery to meet production schedule.
• Read and interpret job information.
• Strive to meet or exceed departmental goals.
• Interpret and apply department policies and job instructions.
• Communicate with incoming shift personnel to ensure smooth transitions.
• Maintain accurate production counts.
• Move and organize scheduled work for machines.
• Assist in training new Bindery Operators.
• Monitor production and quality for process improvements.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
