Thomson Reuters is seeking a #1 Bindery Operator on the 2nd shift in Eagan, MN. The role leads the production line, trains crew members, and drives process improvements through Tier 1 meetings and Gemba Walks. Compensation includes shift differentials and a sign-on bonus.

You will work with bindery equipment and support a quality output for customers. The ideal candidate has strong mechanical skills, proven leadership, and the ability to troubleshoot and train others across shifts.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED required; vocational/technical degree preferred.
• Experience leading and training others in an industrial setting.
• Strong mechanical/technical skills with troubleshooting abilities.
• Experience with Lean and continuous improvement practices.
• Excellent communication across shifts and departments.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership, direct the crew, and train teammates to optimize performance.
• Ensure the bindery line runs smoothly and produces quality output.
• Lead Tier 1 meetings and Gemba Walks to drive process improvements.
• Train temps or transfers and support workload balancing.
• Motivate the team and foster a collaborative environment.
