Job summary

Nahan is seeking a Bindery Operator II to support the Finishing department in our Minnesota facility. The role reports to the Production Supervisor and offers a 2nd shift (3PM-11PM) with weekend OT rotation and a $1.50 shift premium.

Base pay ranges from $18 to $21 per hour, with pay based on skills, experience, and location. Join a growing printing business committed to lean manufacturing and quality.

Qualifications

• Mechanical aptitude to troubleshoot basic machine malfunctions.
• Attention to detail to identify quality defects during binding.
• Ability to read and interpret work orders and specifications.
• Basic computer skills for data entry and production tracking.

Responsibilities

• Perform job OKs and job sample checks for Binder operations.
• Assist operator with training employees to operate equipment.
• Troubleshoot issues and anticipate problems in the binding line.
• Inspect cost center processes for proper quality and efficiency.
• Monitor printed materials for defects during binding.
• Operate secondary equipment as trained and required.
