Job summary

Rosendin Electric, Inc. seeks a BIM Modeler II to deliver accurate Revit models for project delivery and standards. The role supports the production team with efficient modeling and documentation from assigned tasks under supervision.

The candidate should have strong Revit skills, the ability to read 2D plans, and familiarity with BlueBeam, NavisWorks, and Autodesk cloud tools. On-site work in Coppell, TX is expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; an associate degree in computerized drafting preferred.
• Minimum 2 years’ total experience with electrical symbols and drafting conventions.
• Ability to read 2D plans and develop Revit models per Rosendin standards.

Responsibilities

• Capable of performing all tasks of a BIM Modeler I and more.
• Work with Lead Modeler to develop Revit Families for standards or project needs.
• Model and document project in Revit and generate deliverables with minimal supervision.
• Set up Revit views, view templates, and filters per Rosendin standards.
• Document progress and ensure compliance with REI confidentiality requirements.
