Job summary

Launch Potato in Dallas, TX is seeking a Lead BI Developer to own the reporting infrastructure powering decisions across Credit Cards, Make Money/Manage Money, Banking, and Marketplace verticals.

You will partner with Yield, Paid Media, and Account Management to uncover trends, standardize dashboards, and deliver proactive analyses. This is a hands-on role focused on turning insights into action for the business.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years in business intelligence or analytics with direct exposure to performance or affiliate marketing.
• Strong ownership of end-to-end reporting from pipeline to dashboard and to business decisions.
• Ability to work with messy, third-party data and partner with business teams to derive insights.

Responsibilities

• Own the reporting infrastructure powering decision-making across Credit Cards, Make Money/Manage Money, Banking, and Marketplace verticals.
• Partner with Yield, Paid Media, and Account Management to uncover meaningful trends and retrospective insights across experiments and CAC performance.
• Ensure dashboards are used, understood, and acted on, not just built and handed off.
