Samsung C&T America, Inc. seeks a BESS Engineer to lead technical design, specification development, and vendor coordination for utility-scale Battery Energy Storage Systems. You will translate project requirements into technical specs and oversee integration of BESS assets into renewable energy portfolios.

The role requires 3–5 years in utility-scale battery storage, solid experience with technical specs, vendor management, and AutoCAD Civil 3D layout proficiency.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Chemical, or related technical field.
• 3–5 years’ engineering experience in utility-scale battery storage.
• Proven track record authoring technical specifications and managing BESS integrator relationships.
• AutoCAD Civil 3D layout experience.

Responsabilidades

• Define and develop comprehensive technical specifications for utility-scale BESS projects.
• Coordinate with integrators, evaluate vendors, and review diagrams for compliance.
• Oversee FAT protocols, witness testing, and site integration activities.
• Support EMS/SCADA interfaces and grid interconnection requirements during commissioning.
