Responsibilities

• Ensures timely payment of employees via monthly payroll cycles.
• Reconciles payroll general ledger accounts and prepares adjusting journal vouchers.
• Assists Assistant Director with history transfers.
• Manages Payroll access for primary and backup time keyers.
• Trains staff on CTMS, Munis and Absence Management reports.
