Job summary

I Am Boundless, Inc. in Columbus, OH is seeking a Lead Behavior Technician to supervise shifts in a residential setting for individuals with autism spectrum disorder. You will implement ABA programs, monitor behavior support plans, and lead a treatment team to deliver high-quality care.

The role requires leadership experience, a valid HS diploma or equivalent, strong English communication skills, and willingness to participate in on-call rotations.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• HS diploma or equivalent plus 3+ years in mental health.
• Experience in a leadership role.
• Ability to communicate clearly in English (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Lead on each shift to ensure the treatment team operates smoothly.
• Implement Applied Behavior Analysis and structured Behavior Support Plans.
• Respond to crisis situations including self-injury or aggression.
• Participate in on-call rotation and ensure daily requirements are met.
