The role emphasizes engaging participants, implementing ABA plans, and promoting meaningful life skills. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team, follow structured Behavior Support Plans, and respond to crises as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must be able to communicate in English, including both spoken and in writing.

Responsibilities

• Provide behavior support in a residential setting under supervision.
• Implement Applied Behavior Analysis programs.
• Develop and follow Behavior Support Plans.
• Respond to crises including self-injury or aggression.
