Job summary

I Am Boundless is hiring a Lead Behavior Technician to work in a residential therapeutic setting serving individuals with autism spectrum disorder. You will lead the treatment team on each shift, supervise staff, and ensure daily requirements are completed while implementing highly structured ABA-based programs tailored to each individual’s IP.

This role involves crisis intervention for self-injury, aggression, or disruptive behavior, with on-call rotation and strong communication with families

Qualifications

Must be at least 18 years old.
High School Diploma or equivalent with 3+ years in the mental health field.
Experience in a leadership role.
Proficient in English, including spoken and written communication.

Responsibilities

Lead the treatment team on each shift to ensure smooth operation.
Implement ABA-based programs and structured Behavior Support Plans.
Manage crisis interventions for self-injury, aggression, and disruptive behavior.
Participate in on-call rotation and ensure daily requirements are completed.
