Job summary

I Am Boundless is hiring a Lead Behavior Technician to work in a residential therapeutic setting, guiding individuals with autism and developmental disabilities. You will supervise staff, implement ABA-based plans, and ensure safety and progress in daily routines.

The role requires strong English communication, documentation, and interpersonal abilities, with focus on de-escalation, structured supports, and teamwork in a mission-driven nonprofit.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must be able to communicate in English, including both spoken and written.

Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise and engage individuals in residential therapeutic setting.
• Implement Applied Behavioral Analysis and structured Behavior Support Plans.
• Address crisis interventions for self-injury, aggression, or disruptive behavior.
• Ensure accurate documentation and teamwork with IP-based programs.
