Job summary

You will implement Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), supervise individuals, and help execute individualized plans to teach life skills. Applicants must be 18+, have a high school diploma or equivalent, and be able to communicate in English.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must be able to communicate in English, including both spoken and written.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervision and engagement for individuals in a residential setting.
• Implement Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and structured Behavior Support Plans.
• Respond to crisis situations such as self-injury or aggression with safety-first protocols.
