You will implement ABA-based programs, supervise participants, and collaborate with a dedicated care team to promote skill-building and safety.

The role requires 18+, HS diploma, English communication, and a valid Ohio driver’s license. Training, background checks, and a comprehensive benefits package are provided by the nonprofit

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must be able to communicate in English, including both spoken and written.
• Valid Ohio Driver's License with auto insurance; no more than 5 points.

Responsibilities

• Support individuals in a residential therapeutic setting with ABA-based programs.
• Implement highly structured Behavior Support Plans and related approaches.
• Provide crisis intervention for self-injury, aggression, and disruptive behavior.
