Job summary

I Am Boundless, Inc. in Grove City, OH is seeking a Lead Behavior Technician to supervise a residential program for individuals with autism spectrum disorder. You will lead a treatment team, supervise daily activities, and ensure ABA-based strategies are implemented according to each individual's IP.

The role requires strong leadership, English communication, and 3+ years in the mental health field. On-call rotation and crisis intervention may be required, with collaboration to document progress

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High School Diploma or equivalent plus 3 years or more of experience in the mental health field.
• Experience working in a leadership role.
• Must be able to communicate in English, including both spoken and written.

Responsibilities

• Lead on each shift to ensure the treatment team is functioning smoothly and all daily requirements are completed.
• Work directly in a residential therapeutic setting with individuals needing ABA-based support.
• Implement structured Behavior Support Plans and crisis intervention as needed.
