Job summary

You will participate in crisis intervention and routine supervision to support progress. Minimum qualifications include a high school diploma, English proficiency, and a valid Ohio

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must be able to communicate in English, including both spoken and written.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Applied Behavior Analysis and life skills with individuals in a residential setting.
• Implement highly structured Behavior Support Plans and related approaches.
• Crisis intervention for self-injury, aggression, and disruptive behavior.
• Supervise and engage individuals daily in scheduled programs.
