Job summary

I Am Boundless, Inc. in Grove City, OH is hiring a Behavior Technician to support individuals with I/DD in a residential setting. You will implement ABA-based strategies, run structured programs, and monitor progress under the supervision of the team.

The role requires strong communication, reliability, and the ability to respond to challenging behavior with de-escalation and safety planning. This full-time position includes benefits and ongoing training opportunities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must be able to communicate in English, including writing.
• Pre-employment screenings including background check and health screen.

Responsibilities

• Engage and supervise individuals in a residential setting with autism and developmental disabilities.
• Implement Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) plans and structured behavior support strategies.
• Respond to crises, including self-injury, aggression, and high-magnitude disruptive behavior.
• Collaborate with the team to personalize IP-based programs.
