Job summary

I Am Boundless in Grove City, OH is seeking a Behavior Technician to support individuals with autism spectrum disorders and developmental disabilities in a residential therapeutic setting. You will implement Applied Behavior Analysis plans, monitor progress, and engage with clients under supervision to promote safety and skill development.

Minimum qualifications include a high school diploma and English communication skills; a valid OH driver's license and CPR/First Aid are preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must communicate in English (spoken and written).
• Valid Ohio Driver's License with auto insurance.
• No more than 5 points on license.
• Background check, drug screen, and health screen required.

Responsibilities

• Implement Applied Behavior Analysis plans in a residential setting.
• Engage with individuals to support behavior stabilization and skill development.
• Monitor progress and participate in crisis intervention when needed.
