Job summary

I Am Boundless is hiring for a Behavior Technician in Grove City, OH, in a residential setting. You will work with individuals with autism spectrum disorder and developmental disabilities, implementing Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) and structured Behavior Support Plans.

Minimum qualifications include 18+, a High School Diploma, and proficient English; licensure includes First Aid/CPR and a valid Ohio driver’s license with ≤5 points.

Qualifications

• Minimum Qualifications: Must be at least 18 years of age
• Must have a High School Diploma or equivalent
• Must be able to communicate in English, including both spoken and in writing.

Responsibilities

• Engage with individuals in a residential therapeutic setting and supervise activities
• Implement Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) and highly structured Behavior Support Plans as determined by the team
• Provide crisis intervention for issues such as self-injury, aggression, and other disruptive behaviors
