• Minimum 15 years of legal experience in biopharmaceuticals/life sciences.
• Experience leading broad, high-risk transactions and advising senior executives.

Responsibilities

• Set and execute the BD Transactions legal strategy aligned with enterprise priorities and risk.
• Lead and develop a team of BD Transactions attorneys.
• Oversee due diligence, drafting, and negotiation of licensing, collaborations, and M&A.
• Select and manage external counsel and legal spend for the BD portfolio.
• Ensure practical, service-oriented legal advice aligned with company mission and values.
