• Experience leading or mentoring teams is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead significant transactions (M&A, licensing, divestitures) end-to-end.
• Manage deal pipeline and provide strategic insights with cross-functional partners.
• Conduct valuation, financial and strategic analyses for transactions.
• Define and execute external asset strategies with therapeutic area leads.
• Represent BMS in negotiations with external partners and governance bodies.
