Responsibilities

• Act as lead legal advisor to Global Product Development for senior executives.
• Negotiate and draft material development and supply agreements (CMO/CDMO).
• Support due diligence and asset integration in M&A and BD deals.
• Draft and negotiate secondary agreements arising from BD transactions.
• Guide IP strategy and streamline transactional legal support enterprise-wide.
• Collaborate with Law & Policy and business clients to deliver coordinated advice.
