Bristol Myers Squibb in Princeton, NJ seeks a Sr. Counsel, Pharma and Biologics Operations Law Data Privacy to advise on complex legal, regulatory and manufacturing matters across the global network.

You will lead drafting and negotiation of CMO, manufacturing, supply, and collaboration agreements and support M&A activities. The role requires a JD and bar admission (US), 10+ years in pharma or life sciences, strong cross‑functional collaboration, and the ability to influence senior executives.

Qualifications

• JD and admission to a U.S. state bar; in-house qualification in NJ preferred.
• 10+ years of legal experience across pharma, life sciences, or related fields.
• Experience drafting/negotiating complex product manufacturing and supply agreements.
• Strong judgment, communication, and ability to influence senior executives.

Responsibilities

• Advise on complex legal, regulatory, and operational matters across the global manufacturing network.
• Lead drafting and negotiation of CMO, manufacturing and supply, and collaboration agreements.
• Support M&A and business development activities, including due diligence and integration.
• Lead and organize working groups assessing significant legal issues.
• Collaborate with Law & Policy and business clients to deliver coordinated advice.
