Job summary

Restore Hyper Wellness in Utah seeks a Behavior Analyst to support the Clinical Director with in-home autism services, developing curriculum and behavior plans.

You will supervise BCBAs and BCaBAs, train direct service staff, and ensure programs meet BACB ethics and best practice standards.

This role collaborates with an interdisciplinary team, communicates progress to parents and state agencies, and advances language, adaptive and social skills.

Qualifications

• MS/MA and BCBA or PhD in Psychology or related field.
• Provide intensive in-home behavior services to children with autism.
• Supervise BCBAs and BCaBAs; train staff; write behavior plans.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical supervision to BCBAs, BCaBAs and staff.
• Develop behavior support plans through functional assessments.
• Train staff and ensure treatment fidelity.
• Train parents on treatment plans and monitor progress.
• Write progress notes and report on progress.
• Adhere to BACB ethics and present programs for approvals.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team and communicate with parents/state.
