Job summary

Intermountain Centers in Tucson, AZ seeks a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide ABA services for children and adolescents aged 2–18 in a clinic setting. You will plan, develop, and monitor treatment plans, collaborate with families and the Child and Family Team, and supervise RBTs and BHTs.

The role emphasizes data-driven practice, supervision protocols, and training to ensure high-quality service delivery and successful generalization of skills across home and school environments.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in ABA or related field.
• BCBA certification required.
• Arizona license as behavior analyst required.
• Minimum 1 year BCBA supervision experience; 3 years with autism.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical oversight and supervision to RBTs and BHTs.
• Develop, facilitate, and train ABA programs using DTT and NAT.
• Coach families and ensure generalization of skills.
• Meet with CFT and provide behavior intervention strategies.
• Maintain data collection and monitor program efficacy.
• Prepare progress notes within 24 hours in EHR.
