Job summary

Autism Centers of Utah is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a full-time on-site role in Sandy, UT. The BCBA will perform assessments, create individualized treatment plans, and design evidence-based behavior programs for autistic individuals across ages.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification and Utah eligibility; adherence to BACB ethics.
• Clinical experience with autistic individuals in a center-based setting.
• Proficient data collection, analysis and reporting.
• Experience in parent education and caregiver coaching.
• Ability to supervise on-site and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Design and supervise behavior intervention programs across ages and needs.
• Train and supervise behavior technicians; monitor treatment fidelity.
• Analyze data to adjust interventions; maintain documentation for insurance.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and provide family training.
