Job summary

Employer seeks a Behavior Analyst to supervise BCBAs and direct staff, develop behavior plans, and deliver intensive in-home supports for children with autism. You will train parents, document progress, and ensure adherence to BACB standards.

The role involves collaboration with the Clinical Director and interdisciplinary team members to support language, adaptive, and social skills development in clients served by Employer.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification or PhD in Psychology or related field is required.
• Experience providing intensive in-home behavior services to children with autism is expected.
• Candidate will train staff and parents and write behavior plans.
• Must adhere to BACB ethics and standards and obtain required certifications.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical supervision to BCBAs, BCaBAs, and direct service staff.
• Conduct assessments and develop Behavior Support Plans.
• Train staff and parents; monitor treatment fidelity.
• Write progress notes and report progress to the team.
• Ensure compliance with state policies and ethical guidelines.
• Attend interdisciplinary team meetings and inform stakeholders.
