Job summary

Crimson Heights Behavioral Health in Saint George, UT is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst to design and supervise behavioral treatments for clients with autism and related needs.

You will lead treatment planning, supervise technicians, collect data, coordinate with families and care teams, and ensure compliance with insurance and professional standards. This is an in-person, full-time position offering relocation assistance and a strong benefits package.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in special education, psychology, or a related field.
• Three years of recent experience supporting individuals with autism and families.
• Knowledge of autism assessment tools, positive behavior support planning, and ABA methods.

Responsibilities

• Design, monitor, and improve behavioral treatment for clients with autism and related needs.
• Supervise and develop technicians delivering care.
• Develop treatment plans grounded in assessment data and ABA principles.
• Consult with families and care teams to coordinate support.
• Provide crisis intervention guidance and incident support.
