Qualifications

• MS/MA and BCBA or PhD in Psychology or related field.
• Provide intensive in-home behavior services to children with autism.
• Attend and conduct staff and/or parent trainings as needed.
• Follow state policies and procedures.
• Serve as a representative of the employer and promote a positive image.

Responsibilities

• Supervision: provide clinical supervision to BCBAs/BCaBAs and staff during sessions.
• Conduct functional analyses and develop behavior support plans for each child.
• Train staff on programs and monitor treatment integrity.
• Train parents on treatment plans and monitor progress.
• Write progress notes and report progress in narrative and graphic form.
• Adhere to BACB ethics and standards; obtain approvals for restrictive interventions.
• Attend interdisciplinary team meetings and inform parents and state stakeholders.
