Job summary

Caravel Autism Health, LLC is seeking a BCBA to lead supervision of center- and home-based ABA programs in a hybrid work model in Illinois. The role emphasizes clinical excellence, flexibility, and work-life balance to support children on the autism spectrum.

The BCBA will oversee treatment services, supervise staff, provide training, and coordinate with families and other providers while ensuring compliance with state and insurance guidelines.

Qualifications

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or state-licensed analyst per state requirements.
• At least one year of ABA experience with autism in home or clinic settings.
• Ability to supervise clinical staff and guide treatment programs.
• Experience with insurance authorizations and reporting processes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the full range of ABA treatment services including assessment, programming, progress monitoring, program modification, parent training, care coordination with other providers, and insurance authorization.
• Ensure all standards of care are followed per state and insurance guidelines.
• Provide clinical recommendations regarding treatment intensity, modality, and transition planning in collaboration with parents and other stakeholders.
• Evaluate and modify treatment based on quality measures.
• Train and supervise clinical staff to maintain high quality services.
• Collaborate with clinicians and cross-functional teams to coordinate care.
