Job summary

Key Autism Services in Illinois seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a hybrid schedule with in-home, center-based, or hybrid service delivery. You’ll join a collaborative clinical team with mentorship, case consultations, CEUs, and strong support from intake, scheduling, credentialing, and billing.

The role offers a competitive total compensation range of $85,000–$115,000+ based on experience, relocation assistance, and benefits such as medical, retirement plans, and paid time

Qualifications

• Current BCBA certification is required.
• LABA certification where required by state.
• Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, Special Education, or related field.
• Reliable transportation is required.
• Comfortable providing home-based services and family collaboration.
• Ability to obtain and maintain Safety Care Specialist certification.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and reassessments and write progress reports.
• Develop individualized treatment and behavior intervention plans.
• Supervise and mentor BTs/RBTs.
• Monitor client progress and analyze treatment data.
• Provide caregiver coaching and parent support.
• Conduct functional behavior assessments when clinically appropriate.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality outcomes.
