Job summary

Caravel Autism Health, LLC is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to supervise center and home-based ABA programs for children on the autism spectrum. You will ensure quality treatment and adherence to standards, while guiding clinical plans in collaboration with families and care teams.

The role includes supervision of staff, development of treatment plans, and coordination with insurance providers to secure appropriate funding.

Qualifications

• Must be a Board Certified Behavior Analyst or state-licensed behavior analyst and meet state requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee ABA services including assessment, programming, progress monitoring, and parent training.
• Ensure standards of care per state and insurance guidelines.
• Provide clinical recommendations on treatment intensity and transitions with families.
• Evaluate and modify treatment using QET measures.
• Train and supervise clinical staff to maintain high-quality services.
• Collaborate with clinicians and cross-functional teams.
