Job summary

Life Skills Autism Academy, a division of Centria Autism, seeks a BCBA to lead center-based ABA therapy for children 5 and under in Phoenix, Arizona. This full-time role focuses on compassionate, evidence-based care in a collaborative in-center setting.

You will supervise Behavior Technicians, develop assent-based ABA plans, engage parents during on-site training, and use our CareConnect platform to track progress while balancing a manageable caseload.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification required.
• Experience delivering center-based ABA therapy.
• Ability to supervise and guide Behavior Technicians.
• Strong data-driven progress tracking and decision making.

Responsibilities

• Lead ABA therapy delivery within a collaborative, in-center environment.
• Provide daily support and guidance to Behavior Technicians to ensure clinical excellence.
• Develop and implement assent-based, individualized behavior plans following ABA principles.
• Engage parents during scheduled on-site training sessions to drive meaningful progress.
• Maintain high-quality clinical services through regular supervision and data-driven decision-making.
