New Horizons in Autism, Inc. is seeking a passionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our Clinical Team in New Jersey.

This full-time, on-site role focuses on delivering evidence-based ABA services across residential, day, and community settings for adults on the autism spectrum. You will oversee a dynamic caseload, supervise staff, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to develop function‑based interventions and data-driven programs.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field.
• Current BCBA certification in good standing with BACB.
• Completion of BACB's 8‑hour supervision course and eligibility to supervise.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• CPR/First Aid certification.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel.
• New Jersey driver's license and insurance.
• Ability to complete background checks.
• Ability to manage and support behavioral staff.
• Strong organization and time management.
• Positive, collaborative attitude.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a dynamic caseload and flex schedule to meet needs of individuals and teams.
• Conduct skill acquisition assessments (VB‑MAPP, FISH, Essential for Living, Preference Assessments, AFLS).
• Perform Functional Behavior Assessments and Analyses for challenging behavior.
• Develop individualized skill acquisition programs and behavior support plans.
• Design and implement function‑based interventions and data collection systems.
• Review data and update treatment plans to ensure progress.
• Provide supervision to BCaBAs, RBTs, and candidates for BCBA supervision.
• Lead trainings and professional development workshops.
• Complete timely assessments, reports, and documentation.
• Represent the Clinical Team at professional events.
