Job summary

Launch Therapy Center is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead clinical services with a balanced caseload and autonomy in implementation. This in-person, full-time role offers growth opportunities, regular raises, and a comprehensive benefits package.

You will mentor RBTs, develop behavior plans, and collaborate with a dedicated team to improve outcomes for children with ASD.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification or eligibility within six months.
• Leadership with ability to supervise RBT staff.
• Excellent communication, time management and problem-solving skills.
• Collaborative team player with trauma-informed care mindset.
• Knowledge of DTT and ability to develop FBAs, FAs, and Behavior Support Plans.
• Familiarity with communication device software.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Support RBTs as they work one-on-one with children with autism in clinic, home, or school.
• Directly serve a community in need.
• Develop individualized behavior plans using provided curriculums, assessments and protocols to be implemented by our team of RBTs.
• Implement electronic data collection systems with Central Reach software.
• Regularly collaborate with clinical and support teams to enhance client progress.
• Mentor new team members launching their ABA careers.
