Job summary

Beyond Autism Services in Media, PA is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead and oversee individualized ABA programs, guiding a clinical team of RBTs, SLPs, and OTs. You’ll conduct assessments, craft treatment plans, review progress data, and ensure ethical, client-centered care.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a related field required.
• BCBA certification required.
• LBS licensure in Pennsylvania required.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and oversee ABA treatment programs.
• Conduct assessments and create individualized treatment plans.
• Review data and monitor client progress.
• Supervise and mentor RBTs and BCBA candidates.
• Provide parent and caregiver training.
• Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary team members.
• Maintain clinical documentation and treatment data.
