Job summary

Verbal Beginnings is seeking a Lead Clinical Supervisor (BCBA) in Maryland to oversee a team of technicians and ensure high-quality ABA therapy. The role emphasizes clinical leadership, client assessments, and program development within a center-based environment.

The position requires a BCBA with at least 2 years of supervisory experience, Maryland licensure or active pursuit, and a commitment to early intervention and Verbal Behavior. Competitive compensation and extensive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field
• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for at least 2 years
• Licensed in Maryland or actively pursuing licensure
• Completion of 8 hours supervision course approved by the BACB
• Experience supervising per BACB standards
• Experience with early intervention with Verbal Behavior
• Experience with Skinner’s analysis of language
• Experience conducting family trainings

Responsibilities

• Conduct skills and behavior assessments to deeply understand your clients
• Develop comprehensive treatment plans and plan evidence-based interventions
• Train, supervise, and support a small team of RBTs dedicated to your clients
• Collaborate with colleagues, supervisors, and the quality assurance team to achieve optimal client outcomes
• Coordinate with and train caregivers to empower them as partners in their child’s progress
• Lead weekly therapy room team meetings to communicate updates and progress
• Supervise technician sessions and provide training and onboarding support
