Verbal Beginnings is seeking a Center-based Lead Clinical Supervisor (BCBA) in Kentucky to oversee clinical care and staff. You will assess clients, develop plans, train RBTs, and coordinate with families to maximize outcomes.

Compensation starts at USD 105,000 annually with quarterly bonuses; benefits include medical/dental/vision, 27 PTO days, parental leave, and development stipends. Center schedule: weekdays with no nights or weekends.

Competenze

• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field.
• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
• Licensed in Maryland or actively pursuing licensure.
• Minimum 1 year of BCBA experience.

Mansioni

• Provide clinical oversight for a team of technicians and clients.
• Develop and implement treatment plans and supervise interventions.
• Train and support RBTs and collaborate with QA teams.
• Coordinate with caregivers to empower progress and ensure consistency.
• Lead weekly therapy room meetings to align on progress and goals.
