A mental health organization in Maryland is seeking a Clinical Supervisor - BCBA to provide supervision in ABA therapy. Qualifications

• Minimum of 0 years of experience in ABA therapy or a related field.

Responsabilités

• Provide clinical supervision to BCaBAs and RBTs in the delivery of ABA therapy services.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for clients with autism.
• Conduct assessments, evaluations, and progress monitoring for clients.
• Maintain accurate records of client progress and therapy sessions.
• Collaborate with other professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
• Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices.
• Participate in staff training and development activities.
