Job summary

Verbal Beginnings is hiring a Lead Clinical Supervisor (BCBA) in Maryland to provide clinical oversight for a team and to supervise program implementation. You will assess clients, develop treatment plans, and ensure quality care with strong administrative support.

The role offers a base salary of $105,000 with quarterly bonuses up to $40,000 annually, focused scheduling, and comprehensive benefits including health, PTO, and development stipends. MD licensure is required or in progress.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in ABA or related field.
• BCBA certification and supervision experience.
• 1 year BCBA experience.
• MD license or active licensure pursuit.
• Commitment to high-quality, outcomes-based care.
• 8 hours supervision course completed.
• Experience supervising per BACB standards.
• Experience with early intervention and Verbal Behavior.
• Experience with Skinner language analysis programming.
• Experience conducting family trainings.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a team of technicians and clients, ensuring treatment plans.
• Assess clients and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Train and supervise staff to implement programs.
• Maintain safety and a productive therapy environment.
• Collaborate with operations to manage scheduling and caseload.
