Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a related field.
• BCBA certification required.
• Experience in behavior analysis is essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality clinical supervision in accordance with BACB standards.
• Conduct developmental skills assessments to evaluate treatment effectiveness.
• Supervise Program Manager team to ensure minimum billable hours.
