Job summary

Caravel Autism Health, LLC is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to oversee ABA treatment services for children on the autism spectrum. You will supervise clinical staff, conduct assessments, and guide treatment planning across center and home-based settings.

Responsibilities include program modification, parent training, insurance coordination, and ensuring adherence to state and insurer guidelines. Collaboration with families and a multidisciplinary team is essential.

Qualifications

• Must be a BCBA and licensed or eligible per state requirements.
• Minimum of 1 year of ABA experience with autism in in-home and/or clinic-based settings.
• Ability to supervise and train clinical staff.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the full range of ABA treatment services including assessment, programming, progress monitoring, program modification, parent training, care coordination with other providers, and insurance authorization.
• Ensure all standards of care are followed per state and insurance guidelines.
• Provide clinical recommendations regarding treatment intensity, modality, and transition/exit planning, in collaboration with parents and other stakeholders, with emphasis on developmentally appropriate outcomes.
• Evaluate and modify treatment based on the Caravel QET measure.
• Provide training and supervision to all levels of clinical staff to ensure high quality treatment services.
• Supervise others with focus on developing supervisees' independent clinical skills and certification requirements.
• Collaborate with other clinicians and crossfunctional team members.
• Complete administrative tasks including generating reports, insurance reviews, and forms for funding and staff management.
