Job summary

Caravel Autism Health, LLC is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) supervisor to lead center and home-based ABA programs for children on the autism spectrum. The role ensures high-quality treatment, supervision of clinical staff, and collaboration with families and healthcare providers to optimize outcomes.

The position emphasizes developmentally appropriate, socially valid client outcomes, ongoing staff training, and coordination of care within a dynamic, mission-driven team.

Qualifications

• Must be BCBA-certified or state-licensed and meet state-specific requirements.
• At least one year of experience providing ABA services to clients with autism in home and/or clinic settings.

Responsibilities

• Oversee full range of ABA treatment services including assessment, programming, progress monitoring, and insurance coordination.
• Ensure compliance with state and insurance guidelines for standards of care.
• Provide clinical recommendations on treatment intensity, modality, and transition planning with families and stakeholders.
• Evaluate and modify treatment using the QET measure.
• Provide training and supervision to clinical staff to ensure high quality services.
• Develop supervisees' independent clinical skills and ensure certification requirements are met.
• Collaborate with clinicians and cross-functional team members.
