Job summary

Verbal Beginnings in Maryland is seeking a Lead Clinical Supervisor (BCBA) to oversee a team of technicians and clients in a center-based setting. You will assess clients, develop treatment plans, and ensure high-quality ABA services with strong supervision of RBTs.

You will manage scheduling, collaborate with the Clinical Director and families, and lead weekly therapy room meetings, while upholding BACB ethics and CASP guidelines. Competitive base salary plus bonuses and benefits.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field.
• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with supervision experience.
• Maryland license or active pursuit.
• Experience supervising ABA treatment programs by RBTs.
• 8 hours BACB supervision course completed.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical supervision to RBTs and therapy teams.
• Develop treatment plans and assess clients.
• Coordinate with families and care partners.
• Lead weekly therapy room meetings and supervise sessions.
