Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in the ABA field, 2 years with BCBA license.
• ABA experience preferred if the candidate is a new BCBA.
• Strong communication skills in a clinic-based setting.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based ABA services to children with autism.
• Manage a caseload of up to 10 clients with 28 billable hours weekly.
• Supervise and develop up to 5 RBTs.
